However, after the Showa 30s, the new description \"Tibet of Japan\" was applied to the entire Iwate Prefecture. It has come to be thought that people coming from Iwate Prefecture grew up in an undeveloped region. The intellectuals in Iwate became angry at this, promoted various reactions in the form of publications and journalism.
