For the purpose, this paper mainly focuses on company S (pseudonyms) which farms in Naraha town and its employee Mr. A (pseudonyms). Based on interviews with Mr. A, it clarifies the changes in farming conditions in the town and District C before and after the nuclear power plant accident, as well as in the farming conditions of Company S. In addition, we also identify how the local communality, which was practiced based on agricultural relationship, has changed. \nIn terms of population and landscape, Naraha town appears to have recovered. However, a detailed review of the farming operation and local community shows that the situation is not same as the pre-disaster state.
