This thesis discusses the following development. At first, I reviewed the current thesises of the definition and methods of self-determination for them and introduce the two case of the support. Then I pointed out that the current support is not considered the character of mental retardation. As a result, the power structure is caused between the supporter and persons with mental retardation.
