However, there is little report about functional training approach at nursing home. In this study report, we examined the functional training at nursing home based on our practice and discussed its challenge in the future. At our functional training practice to the residents, physical function focused training such as range of motion exercise, and positioning and environmental adjustment were held. And we also directed to staff about care strategies at daily living activities such as transferring and others.
