 note = {本論考では、ナースプラクティショナー養成分野設置の経緯とその社会的背景、さらに開講後の進学者の学修状態、修了後の活躍などについて振り返り、医療現場における新しい職種としての期待と予想される効果について考察する。北海道から沖縄まで全国から58 名の入学者を迎え、6 期生までで41 名の修了者を輩出し、全員が日本NP 教育大学院協議会のNP 資格認定試験に合格し各病院などで活躍している。この間、保健師助産師看護師法の発布後実に68 年にして初めて「診療の補助」に係わる一部改正が行われ、看護師の業務拡大策として、看護師の特定行為に係わる研修制度が開始され、本学は東北地方唯一の21 特定行為区分を履修可能な研修機関に指定されている。在学生の教育では在職大学院のスタイルを貫きつつ講義・演習・病院実習とも徐々に改善を図り、また生涯研修の充実も図ってきた。看護師の業務拡大は新時代の医療に不可欠であり、病院医療に資するとともに在宅診療の場でこそ大きな活躍が期待される。実習協力施設での積極的な受け入れ、宮城県などの学費関連支援などもあり入学希望者が増加傾向にある。本学の特徴を生かした多彩な教師陣および地域医師団との協力を深め、さらに充実した教育体制を築いていきたいと考えている。, We present our experience in newly developed graduate school of nurse practitioner, and why nurse practitioner should play a role in current aging society in Tohoku region, and how nurse practitioner should develop professional skills and knowledge. We designed nurse practitioner course for experienced nurses as a graduate school for a member of society. Fifty-eight students were admitted and 41 were graduated having passed the examination of Japanese Organization Nurse Practitioner Faculties. Almost all graduates are working in hospitals in many departments. They are dedicating for surgical management, emergency medicine, many other medical involvements and for on the job education for hospital nurses. We periodically have had seminars and workshops for postgraduate training and recurrent education. The fourth annual meeting of Japan Society of Nurse Practitioner was hold in our campus 23, 24 November 2018, where both academic sessions and workshops were open. The number of finished trainee of “Tokuteikoui kennsyuu organized by Health, Labour and Welfare Ministry has increased to 1006 and is expected to increase significantly, whereas that of nurse practitioner completed master's degree is still 349. Therefore, nurse practitioners with master's degree should be expected to significantly contribute on a regional medical service with directive leadership among nurses with various training level and co-workers. Simultaneously, they will be expected to have directive role in in-hospital on the job educational training for nurse and medical employee. They will develop co-operative work-ship in team medicine in hospitals and regional medical service.},
