| 内容記述 | スクールソーシャルワーカーの研究は進展してきているが、高校生を対象としたスクールソーシャルワーカー研究は進展してきているのだろうか。高等学校は義務教育である小中学校と教育制度が異なり、原級留置や留年などの制度が設けられている。また、高等学校においてもいじめ、不登校、児童虐待、精神障害などの学校不適応などを抱える生徒がいる。本研究は高校生を支援するスクールソーシャルワーカーを対象とし、学校不適応などの問題を抱えた高校生を支援するための基礎資料とすることを目的に国内文献調査を試みた。結果、高校生を支援するスクールソーシャルワーカーを対象とした文献数は少なく、研究は発展段階にあった。一方、高等学校ではスクールソーシャルワーカーの人材不足が続くなか、学校不適応を抱えた高校生や家庭に対応することが困難な状況となり、地域格差が生じると考えられる。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Research on school social workers is progressing, but is there progress in research on school social workers targeting high school students. High school has a different educational system from elementary and junior high schools, which are compulsory education, and has systems such as detention in the first grade and repeating a grade. Furthermore, even in high schools, there are students who suffer from bullying, refusal to attend school, child abuse, mental disorders, and other maladjustment.This study was conducted on school social workers who support high school students, and we attempted to conduct a literature survey in Japan with the aim of using it as a basic data to support high school students with problems such as school maladjustment. The results showed that the number of literature on school social workers who support high school students was small, and that the study was still in its developmental stage. On the other hand, the continuing shortage of school social workers in upper secondary schools makes it difficult to respond to high school students and families with school maladjustment, and regional disparities are likely to occur. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
