| 内容記述 | 近年、知的障害者の自己決定の支援が重要であるという認識がなされている。本稿では、先行研究において、知的障害者にとって自己決定はどのようなものであると定義されているか、その支援方法はどのようなものかをレビューした。また、現場でどのように自己決定が解釈されているかという事例を2つ紹介した。先行研究や事例から明らかにされた問題点は、現在の自己決定支援が障害特性やその結果付随して起こりうる困難を考慮したものではないということである。そのため、援助者と知的障害者との間に権力関係が生み出される危険性があることを指摘した。本稿の結論として、権力関係を打開するためには、援助者が既存の概念を問い直し、自らの障害者観を問うていくことの重要性を示唆した。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, We have been recognized that the support of self-determination for the persons with mental retardation is important. This thesis discusses the following development. At first, I reviewed the current thesises of the definition and methods of self-determination for them and introduce the two case of the support. Then I pointed out that the current support is not considered the character of mental retardation. As a result, the power structure is caused between the supporter and persons with mental retardation. To prevent that cases, I suggested that the supporter have to been asked the concept of existing and a view of disabilities on his own. | |||||||||||
